Project: Loft conversion to accommodate 1 x bedroom and 1 x bathroom.

Our initial consultation with Mr & Mrs Bankier was pretty vague.
The clients knew what they wanted, but with no real knowledge of how it was to look.
Our design team worked closely with the architect and the planning office to realize the potential of what was a really great space.
After submitting all the plans and finalising finishes with the client, All Construction started the work.
Mr & Mrs Bankier were a little concerned about the disruption to their home whilst works were in process but, were pleasantly surprised that there was no disturbance to them as all tradesmen were to access the loft space via our scaffolding. The only time during the entire build that there was any disturbance was when the new stairway was put in place.
The client was extremely pleased with the build quality and the fittings and continue to recommend our building services to friends.
